Return Policy

Returns

We try and provide a quality product at a great price. Our goal is to never need to utilize our return or exchange policy and keep all our customers happy from start to finish. For situations that require the use of our return policy, Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards, products that have already been consumed or started to be consumed.

Refunds (if applicable)

In order for your purchase to be eligible for a refund, the product needs to be in the same condition it was sent to you as. WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONSUMED OR HAVE STARTED TO BE CONSUMED. Please contact us ccantlercompany@gmail.com to start the return process. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for situations such as but not limited to; your dog doesn't like the product, your dog consumed the product faster than expected, etc. Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee subtracted from your refund total for all returns. If you order contains a bundle or a set, all items from the original bundle or set must be included to get the refund for that product. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In order for your purchase to be eligible for an exchange, the product needs to be in the same condition it was sent to you as. Shipping

 We utilize USPS, UPS, or Fedex for our shipping needs. We will provide tracking information from the shipping provider once your order has shipped. We are not able to cancel an order, or issue returns once your item has been shipped or has a tracking number. We will not be responsible for packages that arrive damaged, are unable to be delivered or are delivered to the incorrect address. If there is a shipping mistake on our end, we will make a reasonable attempt to resolve the situation. Shipping insurance of $100 is included with every order. If you would like more than $100 in insurance, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from original purchases are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When sending your item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
